Non-Profit

I. The usage rights granted under these terms are limited to non-profit use only. Any other use outside of a non-profit use requires a commercial license specific to the use.
I.II. Authorization is only permitted for non-profit purposes, and only if a donation has been made on this webpage. The donation receipt serves as proof of authorization.
I.III. Non-profit organizations must be declared as such. Under no circumstances can they be a company. It is understood that this only concerns charity organizations, associations, schools and religious organizations, that they do not generate ANY profit income, and they are not involved in any commercial activity.

II. Any use by a company or a freelancer requires a commercial license. A commercial license is required for any use of a font involved in a product, service, advertising, promoting, branding, etc. A commercial license is required BEFORE any commercial use.

II. The fonts available for download for non-profit use on this website are the exclusive property of Youssef Habchi, and so, are protected by intellectual property. In no way a user can gain ownership of a font.

III. The user have to make sure that the font is only used within these terms and not made available for any third party.

IV. The fonts may be available to download elsewhere than on this website; the origin of the fonts can not be used as a pretext for any kind of ignorance, there is always a 'READ ME' file included with each font.

V. Youssef Habchi disclaim any warranty of the font software and the font usage. The entire risk may occurring about a font, its use, installation, performance, etc, remains to the user. In no case Youssef Habchi can be held responsible for any damage or issue of any sort on anyone or anything.

VI. These fonts are protected by Copyright law of France.

VII. Unlicensed commercial use may result in legal proceedings without further warning.
Penalties, tax charges, and legal costs will be applied in the event of a commercial license regularization.
Any commercial license regularization will be applied penalties of a minimum amount of 10x the price of the commercial license that should have been acquired.

VIII. The user and/or the final user is, in no way, supposed to ignore these terms.
Negligence is no excuse. The informations on fonts usage are clear, understandable and easily consultable; there is no room for confusion or misunderstanding. Commercial use without a commercial license is therefore an intentional will of the user, constituing harm to the author, Youssef Habchi, and is therefore punishable.

IX. By downloading and installing a font, the user has agreed with these terms.
