Desktop + Webfont license | Youssef Habchi Fonts

The Desktop + Webfont license allows to use the font commercially on physical and virtual products, and embedding the font in websites. In addition to the rights granted by the Standard Commercial License, this license allows font embedding on websites. This license is suitable for entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized companies.

License agreement

- This license is available for one ( 1 ) user and for five ( 5 ) workstations.
- This license is available for an individual (freelancer) or a company with max. 50 employees ( *IX ).
- The user may use the font for logos, products, graphics, advertising, etc.
- The user may use the font commercially on a physical / printed support.
- The user may use the font commercially on a virtual support.
- The user may embed the font file in a website ( @font-face ).
- This license never expires.
- The font may not be used by more than one ( 1 ) company per license.
- The user may not embed the font file in an application, ebook or a software.
- The user may not use the font for broadcast ( TV, cinema ).
- The user may not sell, redistribute, copy, alter, edit, upload, convert, or modify the font file.
- I. The licensee is licensed to use the font, by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  I.I Licensor : Habchi Youssef - Licensee : Buyer of the commercial license ( individual or company ).
- II. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-editable.
- III. The licensor is the exclusive designer and owner of the font. The font was entirely made by the licensor and is an original creation made from scratch. The font is not a copy of an existing font or based on an existing font.
- IV. Except the rights granted to the licensee by this agreement, all other rights are owned by the licensor. The font and its copyrights belong to his owner, Youssef Habchi.
- V. The licensee have to make sure that the font is only used within these terms and not made available for any third party.
- VI. The licensee, accepts, agrees, and has knowledge of the content / set of characters available of the font.
- VII. The warranty provided by this agreement is limited to replacement of the font software in case it is defective. The licensor shall either offer a repair option, provide assistance in resolving the defection or reimburse the cost of the license. In no other case the commercial license may be refundable.
- VIII. The commercial license must be acquired before any commercial use. Commercial use prior to the effective date may lead to a license cancellation.
- IX. The licensee company who purchased the font must fit the company size restriction of this license at the effective date. If it’s not the case, this license becomes invalid. If the licensee company size exceed the restriction after the effective date, there is no need to get an higher license, the license is still valid.
- X. The entire risk may occurring about the font, its use, installation, performance, etc, remains to the user. The licensor may, in no case, be held responsible for any damage of any sort on anyone or anything.
- XI. The licensee agrees that this agreement will be cancelled, without other procedures, whenever the licensee does not fulfill any of the obligations agreed to in this agreement. Non-compliance with these terms may result in penalties and legal proceedings.
- XII. The font is protected by Copyright law of France.
- XIII. By purchasing, downloading and using the font, the licensee has agreed with this agreement.
